First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at T-Systems.
Senior Consultant
The interview process had 2 rounds. First, a technical round, then a Managerial Round. Both the technical and managerial rounds went well. The company is in the middle of restructuring. It's important to have a shorter notice period when applying. Coming from Big4 helps get approval.
- Can you explain the engagement split within Journey Builder?
Consultant
A third-party HR team handled my interview process, which involved two rounds: a technical and a managerial round. The interview took place in February 2022, and the results were communicated within 10 to 12 days. Following the initial results, there was an HR round with T-Systems HR. It took them about 10 to 15 days to schedule this call, during which I stated my salary expectations. If they agreed to my demanded salary, they would issue the offer letter. For me, it took a total of one month from the interview to receive the offer letter with the requested package. Hope this helps!

Junior Consultant
It was pretty much 2 rounds: a technical one and an HR one. The technical round was based on a case study given beforehand. You had to finish the assignment to be considered for the next stage. The assignment wasn't super hard, just a bit tricky. The interviewer was nice and helpful though.
