There were 2 interviews, one in Spanish with a part in English, and another technical one entirely in English. If you passed both, you'd do a 4-month course to develop a test project and then a presentation in English of that project. The issue was they promised to hire 80% of the participants who finished the project, but they didn't do that and only hired less than half.

I have cleared the first technical round which has core Java code and theory questions. I am an immediate joiner. For the second round, an older person asked irrelevant questions and said why are you coming here if you have another offer. No technical questions. He was expressionless. Don't know what he wanted. After service of 4 years in the previous organization, he should understand that the guy is stable enough for the organization. Anyways, other things are nice like food offered after the first technical round. The organization is growing and I think if you are getting an offer then you should join.
