Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at T-Systems.
Functional Analyst
The interview process was straightforward once I got the call. They posted the opening in November but didn't reach out until January. In January, the whole process took about a week, with two video call interviews.
- Could you describe your professional background? What are your career aspirations in this role?
- Tell me about your previous work experience. What are your expectations for this new position?
Business Analyst
So this was for an internal role, as I was already working at TS. I got to apply for this internal opening. It involved a couple of phone calls and then one in-person meeting to discuss what they were looking for.
- What do you expect your salary to be?
Business Analyst
I went through two rounds of interviews. The first one was technical, and the second one was behavioural. They asked me about Business Analyst scenarios, some questions about Power BI reporting, and also about process improvement.
- What is the pre-publication location for Power BI reports before they are released to the BI service?
