Software Engineer
So after the first technical round (L1), we'll get back to you in about 2-3 working days. If you do well, you'll move to the next stage (L2), which is more advanced and managerial, within 5-7 working days. After that, if you're selected, it's the HR round, which usually happens within 3-5 working days. This is where we chat about culture fit, your salary expectations, and wrap things up. The whole thing should take about 2-3 weeks, and we'll keep you in the loop.

Started with HR/recruiter, then interviewed with the team in Spain: video call in English, some simple technical questions. After that, a technical test to do within a week, maximum total of 8 hours. This test was evaluated by a group from the team in Germany, with whom I had the final interview also in English, with more complex technical questions. In no case did I see a webcam turned on.

Senior Software Engineer
I got a recruiter call from a recruitment agency. Then I had an online assignment with multiple-choice questions. After passing that, I had another call. The interview was scheduled for Saturday. Another coding challenge was given, but it was never reviewed. Then a face-to-face interview. There was only one technical question, which I had to implement on the spot. I cleared that round too. Then I had another face-to-face with the VP. He also asked only one technical question, which I couldn't answer. That was it, no more questions.
