First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sysco.
Industrial Engineer
Two rounds were conducted. The first was a quick recruiter screen, and the second was a 30-minute panel with hiring managers. The recruiter wasn't the most responsive over email and even forgot to schedule my interview after we had initially agreed to one, so I had to follow up a few times to confirm they were still interested.

Senior Analyst
This was a 3 round interview process, each round lasting about 45 to 60 minutes. The first round focused on SQL and my past work experiences using the STAR method. The second round was primarily about analytical questions. The third round was a bit challenging as it included technical, behavioral, and scenario-based questions.

Assistant Category Manager
I had two interviews with HR, then an interview with the manager. These went pretty well, but they ended with: 'We had other candidates, I'll get back to you in 10 to 15 days.' But then, I heard nothing, not even a rejection email, despite following up. Considering the time invested between applying, interviewing, and other steps, I find this lack of response really disappointing and disrespectful.

Compensation Analyst
I had a recruiter pre-screen call that lasted about 30 minutes. Then, I had a video interview with the hiring manager, also 30 minutes. Finally, I had a 45-minute video interview with the director. Each interview seemed to build on the one before it. Everyone I spoke with was really nice, friendly, and professional. They asked about my past work, my experiences, and why I was looking for a new role. They also talked about how my skills and experience match what they need for the job.
