Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sysco.
Senior Analyst
This was a 3 round interview process, each round lasting about 45 to 60 minutes. The first round focused on SQL and my past work experiences using the STAR method. The second round was primarily about analytical questions. The third round was a bit challenging as it included technical, behavioral, and scenario-based questions.
- Easy SQL questions
- Behavioral questions
Analyst
Standard three rounds, the final round was a business case. Started with an HR screen, then a call with a manager and senior analyst. The last round involved presenting the business case to three managers, followed by two more one-on-one hour-long interviews.
- Could you calculate this finance question?
Analyst
Went through 5 interviews with people from the team, over a span of 2 months. Didn't hear back after that, except for an email from Workday saying the job was off.
- Can you tell me about your experience in data analysis?
