I applied on their website about 1 month ago. They emailed saying they wanted to interview me in person. The interview was pretty basic. They asked questions like "Tell me about yourself", "Why do you want to work for this company", and "Have you ever encountered conflicts between co-workers and how did you resolve it?". They also asked a few basic technical questions like "What does this term mean?" and "How would you conduct this research?". The interviewer was an executive level employee. After that, they explained the job description and salary. Then I could ask my questions. This person was very nice, although didn't seem very enthusiastic. The interview took about an hour. It took about 1 week to hear back.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. For this position, I was interviewed by three separate interviewers. The first interview was simple and casual, with basic questions about my personal background, education, and experience. The other two interviews were more challenging, focusing on technical aspects relevant to the industry and the role.
