Behavioral

My interview process started with a phone screening from HR. It was a bit chaotic because multiple recruiters were reaching out through email, phone, and LinkedIn, so I wasn't sure who to communicate with. Once things were sorted out, I had an in-person interview. This involved two separate one-on-one meetings on-site in a small conference room. The questions were pretty standard and direct. I used some STAR method examples to answer. HR contacted me again a couple of weeks later to discuss salary. I tried to negotiate a higher figure, but they said it would be a game-changer if I didn't stick to my original request. I ended up accepting their lower offer, though it wasn't too far from what I initially asked for.

The interview was a rigourous process. First, there was a telephonic interview covering resume and behavorial questions. The second step was a MS Access test and some simple math questions. The third round was a 1:1 interview back to back with 4 different people. Overall very good experience.
