Sysco came to campus for interviews - pretty standard interview - situational questions. No case interview. Once I cleared that initial round of interviews, I progressed to the 2nd round, which was at their Houston campus. There, I met with 4 team members, peers, in sets of 2. That round also was mostly situational questions, they asked a little about my experience, but as a freshly minted MBA, the questions weren't that specific.

It started with an email and a phone interview. They want to know if you've used specific software they use. If you're not an expert, they move on. It wasn't too bad overall, but I noticed it was a big way they weeded people out. It wasn't really an interview, more like they were trying to find people they wouldn't have to train. This makes it tough for people just starting out to get a chance.

They called first to setup an phone interview with the HR rep. After that I had to take an advances excel and access test. Excel hands on and access multiple choice. After that I was notified for an onsite interview with 3 individuals. Interviews went great but it did take me 4 hours. Overall good first impression.
