Customer Service Agent
I didn't like it personally, it was a call and honestly I don't like at all when calls unfold as they did, anyway there are better ways to do it.
- Why did you choose this position?
Customer Service Representative
First, a recruiter will call to set up an interview. After that, you'll be interviewed by one person. There's an extensive background check, but no drug test if you're working from home. If you get the job, training is 4 to 5 weeks via Webex (if working from home) and 5 weeks of on-the-job training through Microsoft Teams.
- What does customer service mean to you?
Customer Service Representative
I got a call from the recruiting team. They asked me general questions about my work experience and how long it takes me to get to the office. They also asked for real cases and examples from my previous job that show I am a team player.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What is your commute time to the office?
- Share some specific examples from your past roles that demonstrate your teamwork abilities.
