Software Developer
The interview process included a recruiter call, a technical screen, and an onsite interview. Questions covered professional achievements, skill development and application, and handling professional failures and learnings.
- Can you describe a professional achievement you're especially proud of?
- In what ways have you expanded your skillset during your previous position, and how would you apply these advancements in this new role?
- What do you consider your most significant professional setback, and what lessons did you take away from it?
Digital Marketing Manager
The interview process was pretty simple, just two stages. First, we had a quick chat about my background, why I want this job, and some basic stuff. Then, there was a second interview where we went deeper into my skills, past experience, if I'd fit in with the team, and what I expect from the role.
- Tell me about your experience with various marketing software.
- How do you perform under pressure with tight deadlines?
- Describe your approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Coordinator
The whole thing took like 1-2 months from when they first reached out to when they gave me the offer. There were three interviews: one with HR to screen me, then the hiring manager, and finally the head of the department. Oh, and I had to do a short writing assignment too. It was all pretty standard and not too tough.
- Tell me about your greatest strength.
- What would you consider your biggest weakness?
- What are your reasons for wanting to work at Paramount?
Executive Assistant
this was an incredibly and unnecessarily long process for an entry level role, even with my resume passed along to the hiring manager, i still had 7 rounds of interviews with the team over the course of 2.5 months. i was also asked strange questions.
- How would your friends describe you?
- What brings you happiness?
- Can you share a campaign that caught your attention?
