Great interview process with senior manager on the team. Chatted about past experiences and skills and about the role I'm interviewing for. Very comfortable one on one style conversation! Felt great
- Familiarity with pivot tables?

I applied on the website and then a recruiter got in touch to set up a first video chat for the job. It was supposed to be 30 minutes but ended up going longer than an hour. They asked pretty typical questions like why I wanted to work there and why I was interested in the specific position, plus some general behavioral stuff. The recruiter mentioned they'd get back to me within a week, no matter what. It's been three weeks now, and even after I sent two follow-up emails, I still haven't heard anything back. The interview itself was okay, but I wouldn't hold my breath for a response, which seems to be pretty common based on what others have said.
- Why do you want to work for this Company?
- What makes you interested in this particular role?
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?

HR reached out to me directly about this role, I didn't apply. The process started with a phone screening with HR. After that, I had an in-person interview scheduled with the Director. He then wanted me to meet another Manager for a second interview, so that was scheduled. I got there 15 minutes early, but then waited 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. No one showed up. I emailed HR about it, and they said the interview was cancelled last minute. I followed up via email, and HR then claimed they 'restructured' the job role. This seemed like a lie because the same job posting reappeared two weeks later. It was a very unprofessional and dishonest experience.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
