Behavioral Presentation

It was a super long process, with 5 interviews in total. I met with everyone on the team, some of them more than once. While everyone was really nice, it felt super draining because it took so long. It ended with me having to prep a presentation for the whole team, which took days. They were nice after I presented, and I got an offer, but I declined since I had another offer. It's a bummer because they seemed like a cool place to work, but I think their process is too long and probably turns away a lot of good people.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I started off as an intern, so I was already doing a lot of the work. I was really keen to get my foot in the door, and honestly, I worked incredibly hard to get there. In the end, all my hard work, sweat, and tears paid off.

The interview process was pretty easy, with two rounds. The second round involved a project where I had to answer an RFP and create a presentation deck. Then, I presented it in person and they asked some questions. It was pretty straightforward and not too hard.
