Had four interviews with the corporate strategy team, including the VP, director, and other managers. It was a pretty easy experience overall, though it seems the company is facing some strategic challenges. In hindsight, I wish they would have moved faster with the offer because the process did take a while and the final offer wasn't quite up to market standards.

Had a video call with HR. They asked me the same questions that were on the application but phrased a bit differently. It was supposed to be 30 minutes but I ended the call early because they offered less salary than I put on my application. Felt like a waste of time.

There were three stages in the interview process. First, an HR call where they asked general questions and reviewed my teamwork and leadership experiences. Second, a call with a Director who asked about my specific data management and analytical experience. Third, a conversation with a Senior Director to review my cross-departmental communication skills. They based their questions on my resume, so it's important to be familiar with what's written there. The whole process went very well; it's an energetic and laid-back company.
