The whole thing took like 1-2 months from when they first reached out to when they gave me the offer. There were three interviews: one with HR to screen me, then the hiring manager, and finally the head of the department. Oh, and I had to do a short writing assignment too. It was all pretty standard and not too tough.

Applied online and had a screening call about a week later. Then, about a week after that, I did an online recorded video interview. Another week went by, and I had an in-person meeting with each team member. After that, I was given a mock brief for a CBS product, due in a week, where I had to create a media plan and pitch deck to show my media planning skills and how fast I could get a presentation done. I was then invited back to meet the head of the team after sending that in. I didn't get the offer at first, but about a month later, they messaged me saying their first choice didn't work out and they wanted to offer me the job!
