Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Paramount.
Production Assistant
The entire interview process took about 5 weeks, and it kicked off about two weeks after I sent in my resume and cover letter. First, I had an interview with the Talent Acquisition team, then I met with the hiring managers. The final interview was with the SVP and CD.

Production Assistant
A recruiter reached out to me for this role. The first in-person interview was scheduled within 48 hours and felt more like a casual chat about my career aspirations and potential growth at CBSi. The interviewer made me feel very welcome, like part of the team. I got a tour and met the people I'd be working with, and it seems like a really friendly environment. The remaining paperwork was mostly online and took about four weeks to complete. Communication throughout the process was excellent.
- What are your desired areas for professional development at CBSi?
Production
I applied on Viacomcareers.com and then received an email with some questions to answer. After submitting those, I got another email to schedule a phone interview. Post-phone interview, I was asked to arrange an in-person meeting with the department supervisor. About two weeks after that interview, I got the job offer.

- Could you describe your production experience?
