I did an AI text interview first, then a month later the recruiter called me, and after that I had a Zoom call with the hiring manager. I heard back about a week after the hiring manager call.

It was a pretty straightforward process. There were 3 rounds in total. First, I had an initial chat with HR. After that, I went through two more interviews with a team member and an executive. Most of the questions were behavioral. I made sure to highlight my enthusiasm for the entertainment sector and my specific interest in Paramount.

I applied in late September for the following Spring semester and got an interview request in November. It was a 15-minute Zoom interview a week later, and I was selected for the program the next week. It was only one round of interviews, which is pretty unusual given the number of applicants. I still don't get how they picked me from just one 15-minute interview, but I loved the job, so I'm not complaining. This might be specific to the program and not how all Paramount internships work.
