Quality Assurance Engineer
First, there's an initial screening where HR calls to check if you're available, what salary you're looking for, and if you broadly fit the profile. Then, a first-level technical interview happens, which is a video call with both HR and a technical lead. They want to see your soft skills and check your basic technical knowledge with some simple questions or scenarios. After that, there's an English level test to make sure you can communicate well professionally, as needed for the job. Finally, you'll have a meeting with the project managers or the client to see if you fit the team culture, if you have the specific experience they need, and to make the hiring decision.

Junior Developer
Had a really good interview experience. The whole process was quick and organized, and everything went off without a hitch from start to finish. They communicated clearly, and the interviewer made me feel at ease and comfortable. The conversation just flowed, and I liked how relaxed yet professional it was. The interviewer explained stuff well and kept things simple, which made it way less stressful. Overall, it felt like a positive and respectful chat. Definitely one of the easiest interviews I've been through.
- Can you describe your previous experiences?
Intern
The second phase was a technical interview with two team members. The questions were suitable for a junior profile, covering basic programming concepts, some logic, and questions about academic projects. There were no live coding exercises, but rather a technical discussion. The atmosphere was okay, though a bit serious and not very interactive. The main downside was the follow-up communication: they took several weeks to provide feedback, which was quite generic. Despite this, the interaction was respectful and professional throughout.
- Could you explain a technical project you've worked on?
Client Intelligence Specialist
I went through two rounds of virtual interviews for the Noida location. I made it to the final round but then got ghosted. I finished the interviews in late November 2025. For over two months after the last interview, there was zero communication from HR or the hiring manager, verbally or in writing. I followed up with HR in December 2025 and was told a decision would be made the first week of January. But still no update through January 2026. When I followed up again on my own, HR told me I wasn't selected because they hired someone else just the day before (?). My application status online still says 'In Process'. This whole experience with HR and the hiring team was super evasive and unprofessional, making the company look bad.
