The interview process was good overall, but their background verification team wasn't great. Even though I have real experience, they said my profile failed the background check. It was really disappointing because my previous company merged with another, and that's why they rejected me after four interview rounds. The company merger wasn't something I could control.

They conducted total 4 rounds. Two were completely technical and the 3rd one were tech+managerial and the last was hr round. I have cleared all the rounds and also selected, the HR gave me the joining date also but in the end they came up with excuse like the position went on hold. This happened 2 times with me from the same company. If they don't need the candidate than why they are doing these much round for 1 hr and after clear all simply came up with new excuses. This is totally sick the way they are wasting times. Request to NTT data hr to stop playing like this.
