The second phase was a technical interview with two team members. The questions were suitable for a junior profile, covering basic programming concepts, some logic, and questions about academic projects. There were no live coding exercises, but rather a technical discussion. The atmosphere was okay, though a bit serious and not very interactive. The main downside was the follow-up communication: they took several weeks to provide feedback, which was quite generic. Despite this, the interaction was respectful and professional throughout.
