I had a first interview directly with the team manager, which went well and was fluid. The second interview was with a senior team member, who seemed a bit out of the loop, making the conversation less structured. After both interviews, they said they'd contact me with next steps, but I heard nothing back. I messaged HR about the status and also tried contacting the team manager twice, with no response. It's a shame about the lack of follow-up since I invested time and preparation. I would have appreciated clear communication, even if I wasn't selected.

It was good. Two senior folks from the company and one HR person interviewed me together. The interview lasted about 45 to 60 minutes. The culture and everything seemed very good. Questions were asked one by one, and I answered accordingly. It mainly focused on my resume and experience, and kind of my skill set.
