It was a typical interview that wasn't very difficult, but it had some basic questions and some really tough questions. It seemed like they were trying to feel you out and get a feel for how much you know and what level you're at. They had no concern about what you were currently doing or how you were viewed within the company, nothing about previous reviews, increases in pay, or how many years you worked there. They were very interested in how much money you are making. I really don't feel that they had our best interest; it seems like an organization that is only concerned about their bottom line, not concerned with employees. I feel that there is going to be a job offer, but it is going to be offered at their discretion. They really didn't have many questions about what we were currently doing or what our current positions are like. They didn't seem to care.

It was alright. The person interviewing me was nice. It was a nice interview done online via MS Teams. The interview was split into two parts. First was a Manager Interview and the second was the Hiring Manager interview.
