The interview process is pretty straightforward. Initially, you'll have a chat with HR, and after that, you'll be moved to the technical round. It's not too tough; you'll meet with about 3-4 people who will assess your communication skills and your technical knowledge.

Group Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was split into 3 online rounds via Teams, with the first two happening on the same day. First, there was a group assessment with 8-9 candidates and two HR interviewers. We started with short introductions about ourselves and our education, then were given a case to solve in groups. The task was to individually rank 15 suggested company values for a software company by importance, and then as a group, we had to pick the top 3 and explain why. Second, there was a one-on-one getting-to-know-you chat with an HR person, focusing on studies and professional background, plus two easy questions in English. Third, a technical interview with 3 managers from different industries. Since it was a junior role, the questions were more about general knowledge and motivation, plus a logic game that could be solved with an equation. All parts were enjoyable, and the interviewers were friendly, making me feel comfortable.
