The interview process took about a month. It began with a brief video call with the recruiter. After that, I had a panel interview with four managers, which led me to the final round. In the last interview stage, the regional manager asked for my previous performance evaluations, which was unexpected. I was told by the recruiter not to send them because it wasn't part of the hiring process. A few days later, I received a standard rejection email. I tried to get feedback from the recruiter, but they didn't respond.
