Interviews were low stress with good communication. First was a technical interview that also covered how you'd fit in. We talked about training expectations, work-life balance, and the roles and responsibilities. The second interview was with the hiring manager and the person above them. There were a few technical questions, but it was mostly about fit and how your skills would translate to the job. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I applied for the job and got a call from a recruiter after 2 weeks. They set up a phone interview for the following week to check if I was a good fit. A week after that, I got an email and a call saying I'd have another phone interview with two senior HR recruiters. About a week later, I got a call saying someone would reach out to set up an in-person, panel interview. Another week went by, and someone called to schedule the interview for two weeks out. After the panel interview, I sent a thank you note and got a response the next day saying they'd keep me posted on next steps. It's been two weeks since the interview and I haven't heard anything.

It was a really long process. I had phone interviews, then a job interview, and then heard from HR. They asked a lot of questions, but I didn't find them hard or difficult.
