It was a really chill process. They asked questions about my past experiences and pretty much let me talk. It felt like a casual conversation. There were two interviews, spaced about a week apart. They really wanted to hear about what I'd done before.

I had a video conference interview first, then I visited the office in Columbus for a day and a half. During that visit, I had two more in-person interviews. I really liked the people I met, but the communication afterwards was really frustrating. After my first interview, they told me they'd get back to me in one to two weeks about the next steps. I didn't hear anything, so I figured I didn't get it and moved on. But then, six weeks later, I got an email from them. I also never got an email telling me I didn't get the job, so I had to reach out to them myself, which was confusing and annoying.

It was a friendly and helpful interview process. I interviewed through my campus and had a quick turnaround. They were easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions. I would definitely do your own research on the company before you go as they have several complex business units. Overall, it was a great experience and I accepted the position. It's a great company with a casual laid back atmosphere.
