The interview process involved SQL, Excel, and basic data-related questions. They also asked questions on Quantitative aptitude (percentages, ratios, probability), Logical reasoning, Data interpretation (charts, tables), and Basic statistics. Sometimes, there were Excel/SQL MCQs.

For external candidates like me, after submitting the application, I had to complete a prescreening document. Then, I had a phone call with HR. After that, they set up on-site interviews. It was mostly with leaders, but there was also an intro meeting and a tour with potential colleagues, plus a complimentary lunch. The whole thing was pretty smooth, although it took a few weeks to hear back. Overall, it was a pretty good interview experience.

So the interview was about configuring and administering Cisco routers and switches, Microsoft Windows 2003/2008/2012 (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Cluster, IIS, and SQL), LAN/WAN configuration and administration, Remote Access VPN implementation, configuration and support (IPsec/SSL). Also, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 installation, configuration and administration, Active Directory installation, configuration and administration, SharePoint 2010/2013 installation, configuration and administration, Exchange Server 2003/2010 installation, configuration and administration. We also touched on implementing and troubleshooting routing protocols like BGP, OSPF and EIGRP, Windows XP/7/8 support and administration. The data storage and backup system employing Veeam Backup and replication Yosemite Server, and backups (Tape, SAN, NAS, etc.) were also part of it. They also wanted to know about completing IT projects following PMI Project+ best practices, and Macintosh binding to Active Directory and Mac OSX troubleshooting.
