There were two interviews, each about 30 minutes long, with a different interviewer for each. It was a really nice experience, and the interviewers were very friendly. I got to ask a bunch of questions about the program, and they gave really good answers.

I had one interview at an actuarial career fair at Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA. It was very laid back, not intimidating at all. The interviewer was friendly and asked expected questions. She was receptive and offered her input, making it feel like a discussion. I followed up a couple of weeks later, and she offered to put in a word for me for the last open position. A week later, I got a call to set up a phone interview for the next day. It was again laid back, more of a discussion about answers to my questions. It wasn't intimidating and was very friendly. They kept me updated on the hiring process and decision timeline afterwards.

I first completed some online questions. Then, I was invited to the office for interviews where I met with 4 hiring managers and 3 peers. The interviews were primarily focused on behavioral questions, with a few questions assessing my familiarity with Excel. However, some interviewers appeared to be reading questions from an HR sheet and documenting my responses, which made it feel less like a get-to-know-you session. Some of the behavioral questions were quite challenging.
