Account Executive
I recently went through a selection process that made me reflect on how important, and unfortunately not obvious, the level of seriousness and attention with which candidates are evaluated is. Receiving feedback stating that I wouldn't be an "orchestrator" or "focal point" in managing extended teams, without a real in-depth look at the experiences, responsibilities, and results I've achieved over time, is perplexing. Even more so when the interview was conducted with generic questions and when it's clear the CV wasn't read carefully. I believe a selection process should be a moment of authentic dialogue. If the candidate is committed to understanding the company, knowing the product, and presenting themselves prepared, it's fair to expect the same level of attention from the selectors. It's a matter of mutual respect, but also of the quality of the process itself. We need more listening, more care, more willingness to go beyond the label... it's a selection process, right?

Solution Engineer
The process was quite long, starting with an initial recruiter call, then another recruiter chat, followed by a manager call and a technical round. Things got serious with the final panel interview where I was given a case study and a mentor who helped me figure things out without giving away too much. This panel round included a 45-minute presentation and some tricky questions, but the people were generally nice. It was a long process, and unfortunately, I didn't get an offer because they mentioned the role was frozen.
- Can you tell us about your understanding of the Mulesoft platform?
Business Analyst
The interview process was pretty standard and ran smoothly. First, there was an initial chat with HR to go over my background, experience, and why I was interested in this job. Then, I met with a business partner to talk about the job details, how the team works, and how my skills fit the company's objectives. After that, I had to do a presentation on a topic given beforehand, showing what I know and how I could help the company. This was a big part to show off my communication and subject matter skills. The next step was a skill test to check my technical skills and how I solve problems for the job. It was tough but fair, testing my practical knowledge and ability with the tools and tech needed. All in all, it was a solid process that made clear what the job expects. The HR team kept in touch well and gave good info so I was ready for each part.
- Tell me about a challenging problem you encountered in a past job. Could you explain the issue and outline the steps you took to fix it?
Account Development Executive
the interview process had 4 stages 1- call with recruiter 2- call with a hiring manager 3- panel interview which had 3 parts: panel, mock call, meet other members of the team. 4- director interview I really enjoyed the whole interview process, thought the whole thing was done very professionally and it meant you get to learn so much about the company and their values. just made me even more excited to join! from panel to last stage was very quick and got an offer the same day as the final stage. Internal recruiter was AMAZING, prepped me so well and was just so supportive throughout the whole thing. i've applied to many jobs and this by far was the best experience I have ever had. its not 'easy' do your research and make sure they are the right companty for you, and you are the right candidate for them. as long as that is aligned and you have done your research and have a good attitude for learning It will be fine. research case studies, use cases etc and make sure you have a few questions lined up to ask too.
