Delivery Manager
The interview process is exactly as others have described. Round 1 was an initial screening with the Recruiter. Round 2 was an interview with a Peer to check for skill set match. Round 3 was an interview with the Director. Round 4 was a Panel presentation and interview with the VP. It was 3 hours long, a long and grueling process but I learned a lot and felt positive at each step. Although I didn't make it past the presentation round, I came very close. I made a mistake in estimating the time needed for Mulesoft interface development. I assumed their assets were robust and integration would be straightforward, which was incorrect. As a delivery manager, reading white papers and case studies made me feel positive about Mulesoft. Perhaps my assumption was wrong, but if this isn't the case, Mulesoft has room for improvement to meet expectations and contribute to their assets from many projects developed and integrated, and to improve the Mulesoft platform to make development and integration easier. Nevertheless, those were my thoughts and they didn't help me advance. But there's a lot for both me and Mulesoft to learn. I should have been less positive about the Mulesoft platform, and Mulesoft needs to mature its product if implementation is difficult.

Delivery Manager
So, the interview process had 4 rounds in total. It kicked off with a 30-minute HR Round, then I interviewed with the Regional Director/VP, followed by an interview with a Senior Manager, and finally, a Case Interview. Overall, it was a pretty standard interview process. If you're genuinely doing what they're looking for, it's way easier. They have really qualified people interviewing candidates, so don't take it lightly. The HR recruiting team was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a great experience with someone whose initials were (DH); he was a huge help throughout the entire process and was available to chat before each round. They really made sure it was a good experience for the candidate right from the start. Even though I didn't get the job, I can honestly say it was the best interview experience I've ever had.

Manager
The interview process involved a recruiter call, followed by a phone chat with the hiring manager. Then, there was an on-site interview with the hiring manager and a team member. After that, a Skype interview with the hiring manager, and then an on-site with the VP. The process concluded with a phone call with another VP. It felt really long and was kind of disorganized. I decided to turn down the offer, and they seemed pretty taken aback. They questioned me quite a bit about my decision at the very end. I guess it's because we both put in a lot of time by then.
- Could you tell me about your resume?
- What was your SAT score?
- Considering your high high school GPA, what led to your decision about which university to attend?
