Technical Recruiter
The interview process was really easy and adaptable. The coordinator was super thorough and got the confirmation done fast. I also liked the greeting and tour, it gave me a good feel for the culture and the people. Everyone I met was on time and really focused on what we talked about. The interview with the VP of Talent went a bit past the scheduled time and was after hours, but she stayed engaged the whole time, which was pretty awesome.

I sent in my CV and then got scheduled for a phone interview with the recruiting manager. They were late calling, which I thought was a bit unprofessional. I even emailed to check if everything was okay, but didn't hear back. The interviewer seemed rushed and seemed to think I was too qualified. It felt like they had already made up their mind. A few days later, I got an email saying my profile wasn't a good fit, so no offer. I noticed the job is still listed. At the end, I asked what they were looking for in a candidate, because I thought I was perfect for it.

Recruiter
I went through the interview process for this company and overall it was a good experience. It was a bit disorganized and confusing though, especially the remote interviews which felt rushed and one-sided, like the interviewers just wanted to get through them. I never heard back after completing 5 rounds, which is always disappointing, especially when they give you a timeframe for a response. It doesn't show much engagement. All the interviews felt rushed, and I didn't get a clear picture or feel like I could finish all the questions.
