Customer Success Manager
Got an internal referral and the recruiter reached out about a week later. We chatted, and the recruiter and hiring manager found a role that was a better fit for my background. After the initial screening, I met with the hiring manager, then a peer, and then did a 1-hour panel interview. Got the offer about 2 weeks after the last interview. The whole thing took around 6 weeks, but the holidays were in the way. They don't negotiate offers, and I got a much higher offer, so I decided to pass.
- Why are you interested in Mulesoft?
- How would you handle managing your customer accounts?
Customer Success Manager
The whole interview process spanned about 5 weeks and involved 5 interviews. I started with an HR screening, then an on-site with a Senior CSM, followed by a video call with an overseas Director. Next was a panel interview that included a case discussion and SWOT analysis, and it all wrapped up with an interview with a Manager. Honestly, the process was great and the interviews were tough. HR was really on the ball, providing feedback and keeping me informed about the next steps. They were super open about feedback and what to expect. It's one of the best recruitment experiences I've had, which says a lot about the company.
- Can you share your experience working with senior stakeholders and how you manage those relationships?
- Tell me about a situation where you had to deliver bad news to a client and the steps you took.
- What prompted your decision to look for a new job?
Customer Success Manager
The recruiter said they would call, I waited, but they never did. I received an email thanking me for the interview. I replied that they had not called and asked if there was a mistake. They responded that they would not be hiring.
