First, I had a chat with an HR manager where we talked about my current job situation, why I'm interested in Mulesoft, and what I'm looking for in terms of salary and OTE. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager. They explained the job, the responsibilities, and what targets I'd need to hit.

It felt like a total waste of time. I had no idea there would be over 40 candidates at the assessment day, many with a lot of experience, which was odd since they sold it to me as a graduate scheme. Many of us were pretty much promised the job and had even traveled from abroad just for the interview.

Had a few interviews with the RVP and Management. The recruiter did a great job prepping me and the RVP had a really good overview of the business and the role. Management, though, came across very arrogant and unprofessional with a lot of standoffish comments, which was really shocking. I'd say, prepare for some rather confrontational interviewers.
