It was a short process. I met with the hiring manager one day, and the very next day I met with the director of the department. The process was very straightforward. The questions asked were related to information on my resume. The follow up questions to correlate my work experience to the job description was the most difficult part of the interview. Unlike many companies I've recently interviewed with, the interviewers were very upfront and open with their questions and follow up questions.

Applied on 3/2025 and completed a phone interview 1 week later. It's hourly employment from 830a-530p :( They offer 18 PTO/SICK days, 1 floating holiday, and 2 half days day prior to Christmas and new years eve, which is just OK. Pay listed on LinkedIn job posting was $40-50/hr but was told $38-40/hr.. :( 63c / mile mileage reimbursement. They said I would download an app Chronos and clock in, clock out lunch, clock back in, clock out for end shift.. even though I'm remote. Like I get it but this feel cave man like days.. Training is 2 wks interactive with Molina, with a provided computer and live instructor who calls you out for questions. There are 20-50 new hires at the same time across the USA. Something abt this felt weird, like not personable and run through the mill.. They could not tell me my territory I'd be driving to or counties, how many patients would be on a typical caseload etc.. said that was too clinical of a question that if I was offered a real interview I could ask the hiring mngr that.. honestly not very interested in this job anymore.. --most all other companies for this position are salary, more flexible scheduling, and I was talked over the entire time. That's not to say the hiring team isn't wonderful, but it wasn't a great phone screen call..actually one of the top worst feelings I got from a company. So I'm now declining their interview.

I was referred by an internal director to the hiring VP. Gave my resume, hiring manager contacted recruiter to set up a quick screen call with me. 30 min screen call where the recruiter seemed to be rubber stamping my application. Set up a panel interview for the following week. Met with "peers" of the position applied for. Good experience with them. Two days later had a 3rd interview set up, this time with the hiring manager. Great feeling about this process, as there were actually multiple positions to be filled at this time. Three interviews within 2 weeks of sending my resume. Each call was 30 mins, which seems a little short for a position of this caliber. The hiring manager was also very distracted during our 30 mins....working around the house while on the call. It was to be a video call, but I was the only one on video. Hiring manager actually said "that's very impressive" multiple times on the call in response to my responses. Then I got ghosted. Zero feedback from anyone. The posting was removed from the company career site. My internal referral says no new members have been added to this team. My application status still says "interview" on the site. Then 2 weeks later the job was posted on the career site again. I emailed the VP hiring manager to ask about status and to reiterate my excitement for the position. I got a response that said they were still looking for candidates. But my application status hasn't been rejected or closed yet. I'm very disappointed in the communication level from the company.

This was a very long interview process. It started with a 45-minute screening call with the recruiter, followed by a 45-minute interview with the hiring manager. Then there was a team interview with the in-state team. After that, I interviewed with the director, who mentioned they didn't really have any say in who got hired. I was told I'd hear back soon. About 10 days later, I was informed that the director had left the company, so I had to do another team interview with people in other states who do the same job. About a week after that fourth interview, the recruiter emailed to let me know the person who originally had the job was taking it back.
