Behavioral

The interview process was quite easy and fast to set up. First, I spoke with a recruiter, then the hiring manager. Molina is mostly remote, and the interview was too. However, some jobs do involve travel, so it's good to ask the recruiter about that depending on your business segment. They mention the benefits are good during the recruiter meeting.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was lengthy due to Molina's scheduling, and communication was poor with no follow-up from contacts. However, the initial onsite interviews were positive, with transparent leaders who made me feel comfortable. After a second in-person interview with the hiring manager and subsequent good communication with her and the recruiter, an offer seemed likely. Unfortunately, both the manager and recruiter then became unresponsive, which was unprofessional and disrespectful towards a serious candidate.

The interview I had was with the supervisor I was to report to. Supervisors will usually do a phone interview and may or may not chose to have a panel of their team sit in on the interview process for the 1:1 interview to see if it appears that the team will respond well to the individual. Then after debriefing with the team members present at the interview will make an offer to the candidate they believe will best serve the team and company.
