The interview process involved two main rounds. First, there was a 30-minute chat with HR, then a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. A few days later, I had an onsite panel interview at the Long Beach office, lasting almost an hour, with two project managers and a program manager. This included a tour of the business area and building.

The second involved the Hiring Manager, Recruiting Team, and IT Functional Management Team. The whole process usually takes about 2 weeks.

I applied at a job fair, my application got screened and was passed to a greeter. The greeter then took groups of us to a room where there were about 20 managers and directors. If they thought I was a good fit for any positions, I'd interview with one or more people on-site. After that, I had to fill out an online application for the specific role I was being considered for. Then came the drug screen and background check. Finally, HR called me with a job offer.
