Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Molina Healthcare.
Customer Service Representative
It was an easy and standard process, with questions and interaction. The interviewer was nice and on time, and it felt more like a chat than a formal interview. She seemed interested in my background and how I could use it for the job.
- How can your background be applied to this position?
Call Center Representative
They called me for an interview and I should have known better. They left a voicemail for me and mispronounced my name as a Hispanic name, and said I would get paid .50 cents more if I was bilingual. I went to the interview and as soon as I said I didn’t speak Spanish I knew I didn’t get the position which is fine. I just wish they would have paid attention to my application and didn’t interview me if they knew they needed someone bilingual.
- Do you speak any languages besides English?
- Can you describe your responsibilities in your previous role?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty standard. First, I chatted with a recruiter about my background, and then we set up an in-person interview with a supervisor from Molina's customer service team. They were really nice and even sent me some questions and answers to help me get ready for the next step.
- Can you describe your past experiences?
