Applied Online and then the recruiter emailed me some questions about the position and asked me to send a business letter sample. After about 3 days, the recruiter set up an interview with the people for the position. I had a Group Panel Interview where mostly the supervisor for the position asked questions, which was pretty easy. The manager of the admin support department asked me questions regarding scenarios that might happen in Molina.

This company will get your hopes up, schedule an interview then cancel at the last minute. They might reschedule for a phone interview. This company promotes from within, so when a position opens up, they already have someone in mind. If you're an outside candidate, you won't be hired. They offer interviews to outside sources just to maintain an 'equal opportunity' appearance. They interview a couple of external people as an exercise, not because they actually want to hire you; the position has already been filled.

The interview had two people and lasted about 45 minutes with questions and answers in a pleasant atmosphere. After that, I had to do a skills test where I had to write an email responding to a complaint and a letter following specific instructions. I felt the 15 minutes allotted for this part was not enough time. I also had to list the computer programs I knew.
