It was a pretty standard interview process, focusing on analytics concepts and basic SQL, with a specific emphasis on healthcare. They asked a lot about my job history and prior roles.

First I talked to the Manager, to learn more about the job and what it entailed. After that, I was lucky enough to interview with the AVP who had the final decision.

I got a call from the senior recruiter about the job I applied for. She explained the role and asked me some basic questions about my experience and how it fits the job. She then set up a phone interview with the manager for a few days later. The phone interview with the manager was pretty relaxed. He asked me to talk about myself and my past experiences. He also asked some standard interview questions. After that, the recruiter called me back to schedule an in-person interview with the manager. The in-person interview was also very laid-back. I interviewed with the manager and another manager who joined via conference call.
