The process started with questions through the HireVue app. Then there was an interview with HR, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. It was a pretty straightforward interview. The HR interview focused more on behavioral aspects and aligning expectations, while the interview with the manager was more technical and covered previous experiences.

I was contacted through LinkedIn, not by applying directly. The first scheduled interview was missed by the interviewer, and they only responded after 5 days. The second interview went fine. They said they would provide feedback on the salary range and send further recruitment tests, but I never received any feedback. The process seemed very disorganized.

I had two rounds of interviews. First, I spoke with the hiring manager one-on-one. Then, I met with the hiring manager and one of their peers. There wasn't a typical reference check, but the background check for criminal history and fit and proper assessment was quite long, requiring confirmation from previous employers over the last ten years.
