I was contacted for this role and had a discussion about the interview schedule. A recruiter called me, and we set up a time for the first interview. It was planned as a phone interview, but it was cancelled. The following week, I had a super day where I met with three people. Two interviews were in person, and one was on the phone. The interviews were not challenging and were pretty relaxed. The interviewers were laid back. Ultimately, I did not receive an offer due to my lack of experience.

I had to do a HireVue video interview with some typical questions. After I sent it, I didn't hear anything for weeks. I tried reaching out to the HR person multiple times via email and phone, but they completely ignored me. I even had to contact HireVue directly and ask them multiple times to delete my video interview because I didn't want my personal information out there being sold. Eventually, I got a response. It was a really demoralizing, disappointing, and time-wasting experience.
