The recruiter reached out for a phone screen, scheduled it, and then conducted the call. I was told I'd hear back the following week but was ultimately ghosted. It's unprofessional not to inform candidates of the decision.

Behavioral Other

I had two rounds of interviews. First, I spoke with the hiring manager one-on-one. Then, I met with the hiring manager and one of their peers. There wasn't a typical reference check, but the background check for criminal history and fit and proper assessment was quite long, requiring confirmation from previous employers over the last ten years.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process began with an initial HR screening call lasting 30 minutes. This was followed by a second round involving assignments, specifically a work plan and a writing skills test. The third round consisted of an interview with the Hiring Manager. Subsequently, there was a fourth round interviewing with both the Hiring Manager and the Line Manager. The process concluded with a fifth round, an interview with the Unit Head. Despite completing all these stages, the job was ultimately offered to another applicant, and no feedback or reasons for rejection were provided.
