The interview process started with a recruiter call. Then there was a case interview which was a take-home assignment. This usually involves creating a presentation deck that identifies a problem and proposes a solution. In the second round, you'll present this deck, followed by some behavioral interview questions with the hiring manager.

This job's hiring process kicked off with a HireVue online interview. It was a mix of recording answers to pre-recorded questions and typing out answers to text questions. I liked that it was convenient and I could do it at my own speed. Next up was an Excel test, which was pretty straightforward and checked my Excel skills. After that, I had a recruitment interview where they asked about my past work and life experiences, both from college and my last job. The goal was to see how I work and if I'd fit into the company culture.

I was referred to the job internally and never had a recruiter. A THM principal reached out to me directly and suggested an informational interview. After that, over two months, I got emails from different THM members asking to interview me on and off. Sometimes there was a month between interviews and no contact. My emails about the hiring timeline were often ignored, and I only heard from them for interview requests. After six rounds and 2.5 months, they said they'd update me in a week. A week later, they pushed the decision by another week, even though I told them it was urgent because I had another offer. Then, silence. I'm glad it didn't work out because they wasted my time for 3 months, dangling an offer and making me interview for hours. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company, especially their Total Health Management division.
