The interview process was pretty standard, though they did schedule my Zoom interview for 6am, which was a first for me! They told me I'd hear back in a few days, but I ended up having to chase them multiple times before I got a rejection email. I'm not even upset about the rejection, that's normal, but the silence was really disappointing. If you're going to ask candidates to take a 6am call to fit your schedule, the bare minimum is to communicate properly and stick to the timeline you give.

It was a slow interview process, or about average for this industry. I got a phone call and was invited in for an interview. Then I had to wait 2 weeks to hear back. Overall, it was a positive experience, pretty much like most other job interviews I've been through.

The process started with HR emailing me to set up an interview call. The next step was a phone call. During the call, I felt the HR person didn't really know the job details and was winging the questions. The whole conversation felt really cold and pointless. Even though my CV was a perfect match for the job, I got rejected. Fast forward six months, I saw another job posting that was a great fit for my skills and what I like doing professionally. I applied again, but this time with a different email because I couldn't remember the password for my old account. Again, I got an initial call. But when the HR person realized we'd talked six months before, she completely lost interest and didn't ask any questions about the job. It was like getting rejected once meant I couldn't reapply to the company ever again, no matter how qualified I was or how much time had passed. Super unprofessional HR.
