First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Labcorp.
Project Analyst
I had a phone screening, and then an interview was set up. The phone call was on time and lasted about 15-20 minutes. My next interview is set for 60 minutes. I reckon the second round will be more in-depth and check if I'm a good fit for the job.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- What are your expectations for this position?
- What duties do you anticipate performing?
Analyst
Very simple and well organised. You get the result within a month and you can contact HR. They are really very helpful and give you your result on time.
- Tell me about yourself.
Programme Analyst
I was contacted via email and then a phone call. After that, I had two video interviews. The first one was with someone from HR who asked general questions. The second was a technical interview where I was asked coding questions and about my relevant skills. After that, they stopped responding even though I sent thank you emails to both interviewers and communicated with the recruiter via email. It's confusing why communication stopped after all that time was spent.
- Tell me about a project on your resume.
