Behavioral Technical Presentation

So the interview process for this Program Specialist role started with a phone screen with an HR Manager. It was pretty basic, mostly about my past experience and going over my resume. After that call, I was told I'd have an in-person interview the following week. I got the details for the formal interview, which involved completing a behavioral questionnaire first. Then, I met with three different managers. The first was the HR manager I'd already spoken with, then the manager of the department I'd be working in, and finally, the VP and the Operations Manager who my manager reports to. This last part felt like a panel or presentation, as we discussed the role and my qualifications.

Behavioral Technical

Applied through LinkedIn Easy Apply. First, I had a Phone Screen with HR, which was pretty standard. Then, I interviewed with the Hiring Manager/Director. I'm not sure why they wanted to speak with me, as it seemed like the job posting wasn't clear. They were looking for someone with deep data analytics experience who could work independently. The Director was smart and had decent EQ, but was unprofessional, laughing a lot during the interview. At the end, he suggested I take some classes and wished me luck with my search.
