It started with a quick 15-minute phone chat with a recruiter. They asked some basic questions to see if I was a good fit and then placed me in a department and office location based on where I wanted to work. After that, I had a panel interview that lasted about 1-2 hours. It was split into 3 rounds, with 2 interviewers in each round. They focused on different areas like technical skills, personality, and past experience. I heard back in about two weeks after both interviews, and the recruiter was really good at keeping in touch.

So I had a screening phone call, then a zoom call interview with a couple of people. The next stage was supposedly in person at the office, but they gave me less than 24 hours notice! It was a big group of 6+ people, and 4 of them were still on video. They rushed through an office tour at the end and mentioned they had other candidates to see. After what felt like 3 rounds (or maybe 5 if you count the office part as separate rounds), they told me they were hiring someone else. Then, oddly, the job was re-listed a week later. I tried to get some feedback, but got absolutely nothing back. It was pretty disappointing for a company I used to really admire.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process has multiple stages, but all the people involved were very fun. They were eager to share their own experiences as much as they were interested in hearing yours. Their main goal was to understand your personality and your awareness of different cultures. It's highly recommended to ask them numerous questions, as they are happy to provide detailed answers and all the information they can.

The interview was about 2 hours long and included several short interviews with different teams, each focusing on a different part of the job. They asked a lot about my past jobs, how I communicate, and my experience in business development. Mostly, it was "tell me about a time when" type questions and "what was your role in x job?"
