I got an email from the recruiter and then chatted with them for about 30 minutes. After that, we scheduled an in-person meeting at their office with the whole team, which lasted about 1 to 2 hours. Some team members who weren't physically there joined via phone. They interviewed me in multiple rounds.

Behavioral Technical

So it's a three-step process to get this job. The recruiter seemed optimistic, but be warned, they don't really have work-life balance and they want people who are focused on results. It starts with a phone call, then moves to a video interview, and finishes with an in-person meeting. The recruiters are nice, but sometimes they don't tell you the whole story.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I got hired through their college recruiting program after meeting them at a career fair. First, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, which was quick and basic. Then, I had a second interview on campus with the same person. It was similar but more in-depth and lasted about an hour. After that, I got homework to test my editing and writing skills. Sometimes this homework is done at the office. It's a simple way to check your writing and editing, so make it good but don't overdo it. It's timed. The last interview was in the office with most of the marketing management team. Try to keep up as people come and go. They're also checking your personality, so don't be too nervous or stiff. Personality is really important at this stage.
