The interview process was very chill and conversational. They really care about you learning and growing with a good attitude, more than actual experience. It was a relaxed, 15-minute chat with an HR person about getting to know you. Expect questions about teamwork, what you like about civil engineering, and why you want to work at Kimley-Horn. Your personality and enthusiasm are as important as your technical background.

They asked a lot about my past jobs, how I communicate, and my experience in business development. Mostly, it was "tell me about a time when" type questions and "what was your role in x job?"
