I went through 3 rounds of interviews for this Engineer role. First was a phone call with HR, followed by virtual interviews with the hiring managers, and finally an in-person interview. Unfortunately, they ghosted me afterward, without even sending a rejection email, which felt like a waste of my time. The hiring managers seemed unprofessional and uninterested during the virtual interview; I was the only one with my camera on, and there was a crying baby in the background. The in-person interview also had issues: I had to wait, they didn't stick to the agenda they sent, and one of the managers wasn't even present. Lots of red flags, suggesting a poor work-life balance and a demanding work environment.

They came to campus and held open interviews. The lines were out the door with everyone trying to get internships for the summer. They were really nice and patient and I felt like they cared about every person getting interviewed. Normal questions asked, nothing extraordinary.

I had several interviews with different people, including leaders and colleagues. I first spoke with an internal recruiter about the company's structure, the type of work, and potential opportunities. The interview process felt friendly and the questions were professional, detailed, and thorough. It was a good experience overall, even though I didn't get the job. I ended up meeting with more than eight people throughout the process. I appreciated the extra effort and care taken to ensure the right people were hired for the right roles.
